Textile Business Case Competition 2018 held at Primeasia University

The Textile Engineering Department of Primeasia University has organized Textile Business Case Competition 2018 on Employment of Expatriates and its Alternatives in the RMG Sector of Bangladesh on Tuesday, December 04, 2018 at 11:00 am at the IQAC Conference Room in its campus, Banani, Dhaka.
Professor Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of Primeasia University graced the program as the Chief Guest while AKM. Ashraful Haque, Treasurer, Mr. Abul Kashem Molla, Registrar and Prof. Sk. Md. Hasanuzzaman, Dean, School of Engineering of Primeasia University were present in the program as Special Guests.
Prof. M A Khaleq, Head, Department of Textile Engineering of Primeasia University chaired the Program. Prof. Dr. ABM Abdullah, Prof. Dr. MM Mustafizur Rahman, Md. Rezaul Karim Bhuiyan, Dr. Md. Helal Uddin, Dr. Md. Abu Sayeed Miah along with other faculty members of Textile Engineering Department took part in program.
Md. Shahbuddin Islam Sharif, Divisional Planner, ZXY International FEZCO, Bangladesh Laison Office, Md. Shakhawat Hossain (Mithu), Managing Director, OXY Tex Ltd., OXY Print Ltd. and Masum Raihan, Divisional Planner, ZXY International FEZCO Buying House, alumni of Textile Engineering Department attended as Judges of the Competition and they have shared their ideas and practical experiences to the current textile students in Primeasia University.
In the Final round three teams have participated out of 35 while started the Competition at the initial stage. The Illusionists won the Champion Trophy, Tim Titans and Young Tex won the Runner up and 3rd Runner up Trophy gradually in the Competition.
Md. Anower Hosain and Nazmus Saaqib, Assistant Professors and Md. Sazol Ahmmed, and Sourav Kumer Ghush, Lecturers of Textile Engineering Department of Primeasia University have arranged all the activities in Competition. Among others, faculty members and the students of the department present in the program.
