Software division of Primeasia University started its journey from 2014 with the mission to develop university Management system with world-class architecture and quality which can facilitate the smooth workflow of the institute. Our UMS team started with a team of three members who dedicatedly worked to Develop UMS according to the requirement of the institute within few years. Now the UMS team has new members and has extended to five members. We also have a support engineer for daily support to faculty and student. We introduced POS printer for providing student printout of username and password for login in UMS student portal. The student portal provides student with note upload, messages and notices from teacher and semester result subject-wise and semester-wise. The Website of Primeasia University was developed with the information provided by each department and management personal. It has also undergone many modifications for lucrative look and for user friendly version which is dynamic and have inter browser compatibility. Ums have also developed Alumni web Directory for keeping and providing records of Alumni in the directory. Alumni also have access to the portal for updating their recent experience and education in the portal, which can help them get job.

Web Design & Development
Primeasia university website is modified for promoting our university outlook. New look, user friendly interface, dynamic data management is done and integrated. The feature of the newly developed website is - User friendly Interface and design, Mobile responsive, Cross browser compatibility, Fast loading and so on.
University Management System
UMS is robust university management software that covers the entire life-cycle of students starting from admission through graduation. UMS maintains and secures university’s day to day work. UMS provides all the features to execute wide range of Academic, Student, Administrative, Security, Services and maintain all from a single database. The interface is simple to use and more friendly. It is developed based on the functions, requirements and needs of the university.
UMS is going to provide e-payment of fees and other charges. E-payment facilitates the student and guardian for payment online without the trouble of going to bank for payment.
UMS also provide online admission of student. It eliminates manual processes and save employee time significantly by enabling prospective students to apply online through a self-service portal.
On applying for admission online, Admission department checks, verifies and notify the student about the status of the application.
Web Profile Portal
Web Profile portal is developed for maintaining information and data communication between employees of the institutes. It has access control system and user get access according to the roles and responsibility of the user.
Alumni Web Directory
Alumni Web Portal is a directory which has records of all the graduated alumni of Primeasia University. Alumni also have access to login and update their information in the portal, which help them get jobs.
UMS Graphical Statistics
UMS also provide graphical charts and graph based on the collected data of the university to get a statistical overview of the university. The chart gives the percentage of students admitted department wise, batch-wise, semester wise, total graduated and admitted students in each department or semester. Different graphical view like bar chart, line chart and pie chart are used for this purpose.
We have a support engineer for supporting the staff and student daily for any query or issues they have. Students are given printout of username and password of the student login portal id they lose of forget password. Any technical support is also given from our department as when required.
